This lovely accommodation provides the working professional with quality and comfort. The large bedroom (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY, NO COUPLES) is pleasantly decorated and fully furnished. It has a built-in wardrobe, quality pine furniture (wall mounted mirror, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard and double bed frame), as well as a quality double mattress and new mattress protector (One is always provided by the departing tenant). Both carpet and curtains professionally cleaned (cost of approx £45.00, is covered by the departing tenant).

The spacious 4-bedroom house has been decorated, furnished and equipped in a way that offers the tenants with quality, space, brightness, necessary facilities, household goods and the comforts one would expect.
The kitchen and dining area is of a very good size, with ample storage, and equipped with all the necessary appliances and cook ware, all that a tenant requires.

The upstairs bathroom is furnished with a white bathroom suite (bath, toilet and basin), as well as a thermostatic power shower. Downstairs cloakroom offers a toilet and basin. The heating and hot water are supplied by a Combi Boiler, so there is never a shortage of hot water.

The hallway offers 2 large storage cupboards.

The rear garden has a garden shed, patio and patio furniture, and rear gated access. There is also public parking adjacent to the property.

To ensure further quality and comfort, in addition to each tenant following a weekly cleaning rota, the tenants have employed a house cleaner who carries out a deep clean of the communal areas every two weeks. This is paid for by the tenants directly, and costs each tenant £17 per every 4 weeks). Additionally, bi-monthly window cleaner for all exterior facing windows and doors is provided by myself.

Every aspect of this house and contents are professionally maintained by the landlord and established contractors. The landlord has been established in this area for some years and owns a portfolio of rental properties. Therefore, the tenant can be assured of a professional, responsive and quality service.

There are NO FEES (landlord covers cost of referencing check, deposit insurance, contract and inventory creation).

The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
The monthly rent includes utility service bills (gas, electricity, water), council tax and Virgin Media 350MB WIFI broadband.

NOTE: No smoking or vaping is permitted within the house.

The current tenants are a friendly, polite and respectful bunch. This is NOT a party house. Two of them have been living there for roughly 5 years. The third for almost 12 months.
