The house has recently undergone a full refurb, the kitchen is spacious with all modern high end appliances.

It is a shared bath room, but i tend to use my on suite the majority of the time.

There will be space for your car on the driveway ( if you have one ).

The house is situated.
shop:1 min walk
train station: 10-15 mins walk
a303: 3 mins drive
town: 15 mins walk
nature and lakes: 5 mins walk
I am, easy going, clean and tidy, i like all kind of sports.

About you.
firstly, you must be in full time employment and i will require a reference.
clean and tidy
no partying (i like a beer, but usually tucked up in bed by 10.30)
easy going.
considerate.
i do not accept smoking in the house or on the doorstep.

WEEKLY payment £170 DD
2 weeks deposit, before moving in
2 weeks notice either way.
