Looking for roommate

My current roommate will go away in september and i’m looking for someone to
put in this massive house with me, will
be with contract with agency so references are required as we will go through with them and all. Massive house, 3 bed semidetached house (2 double 1 single which is my office), 2 bathroom, spacious living room with separate kitchen, garden back and front, private parking and garage. The house is just to share with me because the single room is really small and i need it for my work. Pet friendly, area is Anna Valley and it’s lovely and quiet here.
