On offer is a large double room in a quiet Victorian house, furnished to a good standard with double bed, built in wardrobe and shelving unit. The room is newly decorated in calming natural colours. East and south facing windows overlook the drive and garden and make the room light and airy. There is a TV socket in the room plus High Speed (up to 100MB)Wireless internet available also. All bills are included.

It is a quiet house generally. The house is warm and welcoming. There is use of the dining room, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and a secluded garden (BBQ).

Off-street parking is available.

The house is situated very close to a really pleasant Nature reserve good for fishing, running, walking, bird watching etc. town is a walk of about a quarter of a mile, or a 2 minute drive. The railway station is a similar distance. There are local shops and pubs.

I am looking for a friendly professional person. Someone who is easy to talk to, stable, well balanced, as much as any of us are. I don't smoke so the room is for a non-smoker only. Occasional "visits" by partners or friends are ok within reason.

Monday to Friday terms available. No pets

Rent is £170 for a single person, £190 for a couple.
