I am 53 year old History teacher and I am looking for an easy going professional tenant who is a dog lover. Whilst I do smoke I do not smoke in the house. Happy to consider pets but they must be able to get on with soft and friendly Labrador family, mum, dad and son who give great cuddles after a hard days work. All bills included and very fast, reliable WiFi. The room is a very large, light, south facing, double available for sole occupancy. It has exclusive use of the main bathroom as I am on the top floor with my own bathroom.
