Single Room For Rent

We are looking for a single working individual who would like to rent a room in a family home. All bills are included and i can do your washing if you wish. We are very laid back couple but appericate an indivdual who understands we have a 6 month old little girl so being a quite person is a must. For this reason i would like a minimum of 2 references for the safety of my child. No drugs are permitted in the house and will be an instant kick out will be issued. Apart from this we are very friendly and welcome you to share the frontroom with us have dinner etc with us if u wish to or if you prefer your own time and space thats fine too.
