The house is designed to suit working professionals either working in Andover or commuting to the surrounding areas, who are looking for a friendly house share. The house attracts a mix of ages / careers male / female, and we reference all our tenants to maintain a happy and enjoyable shared environment.

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.) as well as a gardener, window cleaner. A professional property manager looks after all queries and maintenance issues.

Our fees are lower than most professional letting services: just £10 on moving in and £40 on moving out, deposit of £480 (less than a month's rent).
