Double Room Available in Family Home

We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house.

We have 2 children who stay with us Friday dinner time until Sunday dinner time.

During the week though it is just the 2 of us and we both work full time.

The bedroom available is a double bedroom complete with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. There is also sky broadband in the house.

There is no en-suite but there is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle downstairs which we are prepared to allow exclusive access to.

We have a large garden and a spare permit for on road parking outside the house.

There is a good sized living room with a large LCD TV with Sky - including Sky Sports, large kitchen with 2 oven's, large hob, microwave and plenty of fridge/freezer space and a separate dining room available to use which we will all share.

We have 2 cats who do spend some time in the house but are not allowed in the spare room.

We are more than happy for a couple to move in but we would charge a little more if this is the case.

We are trying to save some extra money as we are getting married next year so just want someone to live with us short-term. We are both easy going, don't have too many people come to visit and have lived with other people before.
