Single Room In A Family Home

Single furnished bedroom to rent in a family home. We are a very friendly couple with a 9 month old daughter. We have a cat, dog, lizard and a snake ( very secure tank and will not be handled while you are about if you dont like them) room is available straight away but i do require 2 references and a month or week of £70 up front. There is a strict no drugs rule in my house and if found in my home or under the influence you will be asked to leave immeditaly.
