A P P L I C A T I O N P R O C E S S
All prospective tenants are subject to application. As a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) we follow all their guidance, advice and procedures ensuring the safety and security for the current tenants and ourselves

Following confirmation that you require a room, we request £100 (referred to as a holding deposit). Once the deposit is received, the room will be marked as 'Taken' and further viewings not undertaken. You will be provided the application paperwork by email to commence your application (which must be returned within 7 days else it will be deemed you have changed your mind).

Should you change your mind at any stage following payment being made, this deposit will be retained and not returned. Note: Prior to move in the remainder of the deposit will be due (the £100 will go towards this) in addition to the first months’ rent.
