There is also a recently landscaped garden for all tenants usage.

The main bathroom is shared and has both a bath and shower.

The house is located in a good area of Andover[Burghclere Estate] close to the A303.
There is easy access by foot to a local newsagents and local public houses/restaurants. The train station is just a 5 minute drive from the property and the town centre and supermarket is around 10 minutes by car.

We do have a lovely house-trained, very friendly pet dog, so regretfully another pet is not possible.
