Furnished double room available

I have a double room available within a newly built two bedroom house. The room is furnished with a brand new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room is very light and recently painted. The furniture is all neutral and brand new. The window overlooks the rear garden.

You would be allowed full use of the house including living area, kitchen and garden. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower and an additional toilet downstairs.

There is fiberoptic broadband and a Sky package in place.

There is a patio area when you can unwind after work and a secure shed with room for a bike if required.

The house is on the Augusta Park estate which is a new development. The road is away from any main roads and is relatively quiet. It is opposite a primary school.

There are bus stops near by taking you into town or town is only a five minute drive away.

Allocated off road parking is available.

I am a professional person and work shifts but I am very considerate when coming home after nights. I am also a light sleeper so would like to share my home with someone who is also considerate with noise around the house.

I am a tidy person who enjoys being active and keeping fit.

I am also an animal lover and have a small (short haired) dog who is very friendly and enjoys nothing more than a good cuddle.

I'm looking for a professional person who is also tidy and doesn't mind chipping in on the housework from time to time. Someone who doesn't mind animals and is friendly, chatty and a pleasure to share my home with.
