Friendly household, very clean and tidy.

Hello,
We are friendly couple - me and my partner(Czech and English). We are clean, tidy, respectful people.

There is one single room and one double room available from 2nd January. The price for single room is £330 per month (security deposit is £330). The double room - £430/month( deposit £430).

The deposit will be withheld if the tenant couses damage to any of the fixtures and fittings in his/her room or any of the communal areas in the property.
Rents are payable by Direct Debit only.

We have excellent Virgin WiFi connection in all house. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen. The house is professionally cleaned once at week. The bus stop is 2 mins walking from the house. The town centre is 15 mins walking.

A notification of moving out has to be given 6 weeks before the date of moving. Please, consider this like a very important!

We provide rental contract.

We would like to share with similar people. We like sport, traveling, nature, music, theatre, have a glass of wine with friends but we don’t accept heavy drinkers! We don’t mind smokers although smoking is allowed only outside. What we require is a prove of full time employment, a prove of identity, references, respect to other housemates, to be clean and tidy and not noisy!
