The house and room are completely furnished. The house is warm, clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The house is within walking distance of Walworth Business Park, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and close to bus routes into Andover town centre.

The shared living room has a sofas and dining room table.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, built-in electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and air fryer. All kitchen utensils are provided.

The main bathroom has a bath, power shower and washbasin upstairs. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin. All cleaning materials are provided.

It has an enclosed rear garden overlooking park giving access to the local lake. The garden is fully maintained by the landlord.

The single room has a new bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels (all new) In addition the room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, radiator, TV / internet points. A plasma TV is also provided with the room.
