The shared living room has a sofas and dining room table.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, built-in electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer. All kitchen utensils are provided.

The main bathroom has a bath, power shower and washbasin upstairs. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin. All cleaning materials are provided.

It has an enclosed rear garden overlooking park giving access to the local lake. The garden is fully maintained by the landlord.
