I have to rent a spacious double bedroom which is well furnished and located in the heart of Andover.
The property is only a short walk to the town centre (approximately 15 minutes) and just off the road from the War Memorial Hospital; also many convenience stores and pharmacies are in a walkable distance. The house has very close transport links nearby being a bus stop just around the corner and a five-minute walk to the mainline train station.
This bedroom has plenty of room. In the photo toys and plush animals are shown but, of course, these would be removed prior to you moving in. We currently have another tenant lodging with us and you would be sharing a bathroom with them. You would also have use to the kitchen facilities.
We see ourselves as very friendly and approachable and enjoy the company of others as our children have moved out. We do have a dog, a border collie.
