Friendly household, very clean and tidy

Hello,
We are friendly couple - me and my partner(Czech and English). We are clean, quiet and respectful people.

There is one double room available from
6th October and one single room available from 4th October.

The price of the double room is £430(the security deposit £430) for a single occupancy. The price for the single room is £330(deposit £330).
The deposit will be given back if any damage of furniture, mattress, carpets, painting, kitchen equipment will occurred. The payment has to be realised once at month by standing order (Direct Debit).

We have excelente Virgin WiFi connection in all house. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen. The house is cleaned once at week. The bus stop is 2 mins walking from the house. The town centre is 15 minutes walking.

A notification of moving out has to be given 6 weeks before the date of moving. Please, consider this like a very important!

We provide rental contract.

We would love to share with similar people. We like sport, traveling, nature, music, theatre, have a glass of wine with friends but we don’t accept heavy drinkers. We don’t mind smokers although smoking is allowed only outside. What we require is a prove of full time employment, a prove of identity, references, respect to others housemates, to be clean and tidy and not noisy!
