We have available a well-appointed double bedroom in a small shared house of just 3 letting rooms. We are looking for a professional tenant who is well natured, clean and tidy, and gets on well with other people.
Room 1 is on the ground floor with access to the rear garden via the patio door. This is a bright and airy room with large window overlooking the garden. The bed and mattress are just 7 months old, having been used by just 1 very clean female tenant. There is also a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a chair.
The 3 occupants share 1 bathroom and a separate WC. The bathroom has an over-bath electric shower and downstairs there is a shared kitchen with cooking facilities, washer/dryer, plus a small table where residents can sit and eat their meals. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are included.
The communal room has a comfy sofa and wall mounted TV, and outside there is a good size and well maintained garden with a shed for bike storage.
A cleaner is provided every 2 weeks to clean the communal and shared areas. BT broadband is provided and there is a TV in the communal lounge. There are TV aerial sockets in each letting room but occupants are responsible for their own TV licence.
Parking is available on a 1st come 1st served basis and is located within 50 meters of the property.
We are looking for a good natured professional tenan who enjoys living in a clean environment and will be happy to house-share with 2 other like minded people. Why share with 6 when you can share with just 2?
Shorter terms (minimum of 3 months) will be considered for an additional amount, depending on length of tenancy.

A holding deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is payable upon application to reserve the property. This will replace the first week's rent upon commencement of the tenancy but is non-refundable in the event that the tenant: withdraws from the application to rent; provides false information on the reference application form; fails to provide information in a timely manner when requested to do so, or fails to commence the tenancy on the agreed date.
