This is a ground floor former office converted to bedroom with own entrance. Originally for my au pair, started renting It 2 years ago on easy in easy out basis. Decorated in fairly feminine way, but easily changed. My current tenant has bought some of his own furniture in, so the room is either part furnished, or fully, really up to your requirements. Unlimited fibre optic through Wi-Fi, everything is just as you would expect in normal family home. Situated in beautiful quiet village, current tenant has been with us for over 1 year, and is moving due to job change. Prefer Mon to Fri, but 7 days ok with the right tenant.
