Fully-furnished, single room in a 3 bed semi in Ash (GU12). Rental price includes all bills, internet.

Happy to consider mid week only accommodation at a reduced rate.

There are two rooms available to choose from, however only one will be let.

Both rooms have newly fitted luxury carpet and (small) double beds.

Bed One: The larger of the two has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk if wanted (this can easily be removed if not) and bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 2: Recently fitted wardrobes either side of the bed and overhead, providing plenty of cupboard space.

About the house:

3 bed semi with shared bathroom. Open plan lounge/dining room, which leads through to the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. (Please note there is only only bathroom situated downstairs)

Good-sized front and back gardens, with plenty of unrestricted, road side parking.

About the area:

Ash is situated between Aldershot and Guildford. There are 3 train stations nearby - Ash (10 min walk) Aldershot and Ash Vale, and the M3 is a just a few minutes away.

Ash Vale with more local shops and doctors surgery is just one mile. Also within walking distance is the local park and with skate park, tennis and basketball courts, walking and hiking in the area is great too!

I have a dog and cat, so would be great if you've had animals previously.

A deposit up-front is required and rent is paid monthly in advance.
