Ash Vale with more local shops and doctors surgery is just one mile. Also within walking distance is the local park and with skate park, tennis and basketball courts, walking and hiking in the area is great too!
I have a dog and cat, so it would be great if you've had animals previously.
A deposit up-front is required and rent is paid monthly in advance.
