I’m an owner occupier so I’m just looking for a nice clean respectable lodger to share my home with, i have had several other tenants before and on the whole the arrangement has worked out really well for the both of us, its only myself and this room I’m advertising, so you will find the property nice and peaceful not like some hmos, I’m a builder by trade so the house has been modernised to a very high standard throughout like a bath and also a seperate shower, with good quality furniture both the house and the your room are very clean, you will find everything is catered for in the kitchen so you will just need your personal belongings to move in
