Low rent £500 a month, ALL bills included, NO Council Tax. In return, you would be happy with the company of a Cat!

Hi all.
I inherited the bungalow from my Mum. I cannot sell as Mum’s Cat lives there. He’s a lovely boy, rescued from an unhappy home. I cannot rehome him at my main home as my wife is allergic. I promised Mum when she was dying I’d look after him, so this matters to me. I spend my weeks splitting my time between both homes to look after him!
Need an animal loving lodger or professional person to appreciate what I’m doing and help me by lodging, even if you're only in the area temporarily.
Must be happy to look out for and enjoy the company of a Cat, and, as a lodger, know that I will be there much of the time with my Cat.
Must be responsible, as you’d be alone with an entire bungalow for your use when I’m away at home, with my baby boy, so we would liaise by text often about looking after him.
I will be keeping this property for the extent of Ollie’s life, so a long term tenant is possible.
