I’m an owner occupier so I’m just looking for a nice clean respectable lodger to share my home with, i have had several other tenants before and on the whole the arrangement has worked out really well for the both of us, its only myself and this room I’m advertising, so you will find the property nice and peaceful not like some hmos, I’m a builder by trade so the house has been modernised to a very high standard throughout like a bath and a seperate shower, with good quality furniture the house and the room are very clean, you will find everything is catered for in the kitchen so you will just need your personal belongings to move in

I have asked Tony Shailer to advertise this room for me as a favour as he has his own property portfolio / hmos etc so please contact me directly as its my number that comes up, a text is fine but a phone call quicker / better ?
