A spacious furnished double room available in my quiet and relaxing home in Ash Vale.

The room is recently re-decorated and re-carpeted and has:

The house itself is a cosy Victorian build with a large bathroom with separate shower and bath, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and walled garden.

It is a 2 minute walk to lots of amenities: food, pharmacy, barbers/hairdressers, takeaways etc. and also a 5 minute walk to Ash Ranges and the Basingstoke canal if you like a walk. There is a nice pub on the canal a 12 minute walk away.

I am a friendly host and my home is a quiet and relaxing place. I love reading, travel, theatre, music and board games and work in the arts. I have two friendly cats so a cat lover would be ideal as they will want lots of cuddles :)

There is easy access to A331 (5 minute drive) and motorways, and walking distance of train stations.
20 min walk to Ash station
25 min walk to Ash Vale station

Ash Vale is a great location with many local towns a short drive away.
