Small double bedroom to rent in a quiet professional 3 bedroom house in Popley. 30mins walking distance from the town centre, the hospital and the train station, or there are frequent local bus routes, and also plenty of parking available. Close to the A33 for access to the M4, or the M3 is about 5mins drive.

Rent includes all bills, so there are no additional costs. This includes gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband.
Bedroom includes a double bed with space for storage underneath, slim double wardrobe, TV with Google Chromecast, and is newly redecorated.

Shared kitchen with use of cooking facilities, washing machine, iron and board.

Shared bathroom with large electric power shower and separate bath.

Bad points about the room are that the boiler is in the corner of the room, hence the cheaper rent.

I am pretty easy going and laid back, but will expect that you clean up after yourself and your rent is paid on time :-)

Rent will be due in advance from the day you move in. Deposit of £100 will be required to secure the room. Smokers are welcome, but there is no smoking allowed in the house. Animal lovers only, as I have 2 dogs and a parrot in the property. They don’t have access to the kitchen or rented rooms.
