Single bed in very good decorative order. Large wardrobe, chest of draws, storage under the bed, clean and in good decorative order.
Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday let at £350 pcm but I will consider full time at £450 p. c. m. however this will only be a short term arrangement and will have to terminate at the end of April 2025
Super Fast Broadband available throughout the house from Virgin Media.
Its a large house with a very large kitchen. You will have access to all the facilities. You will have a TV in your own bedroom, but welcome to watch the one in the kitchen. Its a large enough house and garden to find your own space if needed.
You will have your own small fridge / freezer. Access to the Microwave and Cooker.
I am a single Dad of 57 that works obscure hours and much of it from home. When I am not working I am usually doing some project on the house or watching box sets. I'm a big Movie fan.
The house is strictly no smoking and no drugs. You are welcome to invite a friend round by prior approval
You must have proof of previous or current address, be able to provide photo id (passport or driving licence) and be prepared to allow me to check with any previous landlords for a reference.
You must be OK with cats as I have one.
Payment will be a month in advance
