Clean, tidy, responsible person to share home

We're a married couple (64+) who travel for most of the year around the world. Often we are away for 3 months at a time and only back in the UK for a few days or weeks before leaving again. We're incredibly fit and active, play lots of sport, love life and live it to the full.

We have a 4 bedroomed house near Aldi in Winklebury and you would have your own double bedroom, small private lounge and private bathroom.
The price includes the TV licence and the broadband.
We would share gas/electric bills/water when we are in the country but you'll pay them when you are alone in the house. We pay our share of rates all year.

We have our own lounge, bedroom with en suite, office and there's a spare bedroom too.
We would share the kitchen, the utility room, downstairs toilet. There's lots of parking.

We are looking for a sincere, trustworthy person who will look after our home as we do. As you will be there alone a lot of the time you must be very neat and tidy, not afraid to clean up after yourself and like a clean home - we are very sociable but not into parties. We're happy, positive people who love life. No smoking or vaping and no drugs :)
