Modern Double Room

I have a double bed room to rent in my own 2 bedroom house with a large, sunny garden. The house is in a nice quiet area, whilst being conveniently close to local shops, gym etc.
The room has a double bed and wardrobe will provide.

The town centre and rail station are also easily accessible within 10 minutes by car, also 10 minutes by bus which runs on a very regular service.

All bills are included including WiFi.

The room and house are non-smoking however if you do smoke you're welcome to do so outside.
