I'm renting my spare double room for £650/month due in advance. I have a new build detatched house in Basingstoke on the Spiers Meadow estate. The room is furnished with a king size bed & the furniture pictured. The main bathroom would be shared with my other very clean & friendly lodger. I have a lovely garden, gym equipment in the garage, super fast fibre broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier & BBQ. Parking would be on the main Cleeve Road. I have 3 friendly, clean & well behaved cats and 3 small well behaved, usually quiet Sighthound dogs. I work from home at the moment as a Project Manager. I am a non smoker.
