Largely furnished (very comfy king size bed, large wardrobe and drawers inc) might just wanna bring a little desk or chair or something, but plenty of storage in the built in wardrobe if not!

Kitchen you will need some of your own bits (I am a bit of a germaphobe so don’t like sharing - sorry 🤣) I do however have a selection of kitchen items for housemates use such as a chopping board, some frying pans, a few utensils and some plates and bowls, so if you don’t have everything I have bits to get you going.

I'm a very clean and tidy person so would like someone who is keen to keep the house in the same condition and respect my belongings in the house. (Seems a simple request but you’d be surprised haha)

It’s within a converted school so we are in a lovely secure gated little area, all the neighbours are lovely humans. We have a dog next door who wonders around the grounds a lot just FYI. I also occasionally dog sit :)

All food places on deliveroo/ just eat deliver here.

It would be preferable to find someone who doesn’t work from home so we are not on top of each other all the time.

About me:
I’m a 31 year old female, WFH graphic designer. Easy going with respectful people and prefer a super chilled and calm home life with lots of Netflix, drawing, reading, gaming and the occasional white wine haha.

I'm outgoing but also love a lot of downtime and peaceful energy at home. My boyfriend and friends come over fairly often but always just for a calm hang so we are never too noisy :) I’m also at my boyfriend’s around 2 nights a week.

Unfortunately with the gas and electric costs the way they are, the rent price includes this up to the value of £100pcm usage (£200pcm total with my share also) I make an effort to ensure I don't go over this, so if the usage ends up being over this amount, the excess will be chargeable. All other bills are included in the rent cost.

You will have access to the kitchen and dining area as and when needed, but the lounge area I like to keep as my domain as this is where I spend my down time.
