We are looking for a short term tenant to live in The Cabin that we have purposefully built in our large family garden. Our current resident has been with us for 3 years, and is now moving in with her boyfriend. We have decided to put our main property on the market and so it is available for the summer only, June - September approximately.

The Cabin has a stylish lounge/bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. It measures 17m2 and offers comfortable living accommodation for one person, although a couple would be considered. The occupier also has use of the garden space around it should they so choose. All the furniture, fridge, TV, cooking facilities and soft furnishings etc are included for you so it is ready to move into. I have priced it below the market average, since we can only offer a short stay.

We are a family with children and so its important that we find a person who doesn't mind having children out to play. The Cabin relies on our main house for laundry and there is ample space for this in our utility shown.

The property is only 20 minutes walk to Basingstoke town centre and lies in a very popular, mature housing estate. The rental price is inclusive of all bills so this really is an affordable option for someone perhaps starting out. One small pet considered.
