Large double room with built-in wardrobe

I live with my two young sons (1 and 5) and partner in a 3 bedroom house. I currently work full time at home and my sons are at nursery and school full-time during the day. The house is well maintained and kept clean and tidy. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, garden and downstairs clockroom.

I am looking for a professional individual who is clean, polite and friendly. I prefer a female flatmate as I feel they will fit in more with the current residents.

The available room is spacious and light. It comes with a double bed and mattress with a built-in wardrobe. There is enough space for additional furniture but as a spare room it remains mainly empty.

As a family, we are kind, outgoing, friendly and respectful. The house is generally quiet and peaceful.
