It comes with own shower and toilet plus own kitchenette with an air fryer, microwave oven, , kettle, toaster, (slow cooker/ rice cooker). (please note there is no gas or electric cooker other than the appliances mentioned above). There is a shared washing machine and dryer.
The covers, broadband and utilities - gas, electricity, water etc. There is also plenty of parking spaces if required.
