The room is available to rent on Rooksdown, 5 mins walk from Basingstoke hospital. It comes with own shower and toilet plus own kitchenette with an air fryer, microwave oven, , kettle, toaster, (slow cooker/ rice cooker). (please note there is no gas or electric cooker other than the appliances mentioned above). There is a shared washing machine and dryer.
The rent comes with a cleaner that attends every 2 weeks, broadband and covers utilities - gas, electricity, water etc. There is also plenty of parking spaces if required.
