Single long room.

Single room on ground floor with bed, wardrobe and bedside table next to kitchen, sitting room/gym, toilet and the sole occupant on the ground with exit door to the garden and the street. The other 3 rooms are on the first floor. Room 1-couple, room 2 me( male )and room 3-is only for twin girls (11) once every second weekend to visit me.
No one in the house really drinks and no one smokes but as long as you smoke outside i don’t mind, you have a back door.
