My partner lives here with me. She works from home 3 days per week on average.
I work in Chineham business park which is a few minutes drive from home.

We are both quiet professionals who like tidiness in communal areas. British, European or Asian background applicants would be preferred with similar mindset for the best cultural fit.

Monday to Friday is available for reduced rent of £650. Personal belongings can stay in the room.

Only single occupancy is considered.

All bills and the Council tax are included in the rent.
