The room is currently vacant and perfect for working from home. It's quiet, safe, and cozy, with no strangers around to bother you. We can discuss any rules or guidelines we need to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
You'll appreciate the tranquility of the neighborhood, the welcoming rarely seen neighbors, and the convenient off-street parking directly in front of the house. It's also easy to catch the bus to the train station and shopping center at Festival Place in Basingstoke.

The room comes with all the essentials including a bed, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, desk, and TV. Plus, all bills are included in the rent, as well as fast broadband and Wi-Fi. You can even add a good office chair for working from home later on.

Access to the communal kitchen and bathroom is available.
Cleaning will be ensured and given top priority.
