My house is located just outside of the town centre, at just an 8 minute walk to Basingstoke Train Station and 5 minute walk to Waitrose.
I am looking for a working professional on full-time hours. No students, time
wasters or pets please 🙏🏻
Open to couples, for a slightly higher monthly rent.
I do have a dog, so require the new tenant to be an animal person and happy to be around a small dog. (I have a shihtzu)
The room has a minimum of 6 months to rent, but can be extended up to 24 months. Short-term is not available on this room.
