King size furnished room in shared apartment

Furnished king sized room with wardrobe, shelves and bed available from 23rd of August.

Looking for someone kind and respectful to share the flat with my friend who is a quite, down to earth working female.

The apartment is an average sized 2 bed with a shared bathroom, predominately to be used by the new tenant (there is an en-suite with the occupied room), there is a shared kitchen, dining table and large lounge space. A large wrap around balcony catches the sun all day and perfect for long summer evenings.

The apartment comes with limited parking but is close to plenty of bus routes directly into Basingstoke town centre and local supermarkets.

The monthly rent will include bills, such as utilities, broadband and TV, council tax.

We are just finishing off painting the room ready to be occupied, so welcome viewings prior to the 23rd of August but please bear in mind we are still decorating.
