15 min walk to Basingstoke train station

Flatmate wanted: I’m looking for 1 housemate to share my current home with.

It consists of :

3 bedroom / 3 bathroom property.
Large living room.
Large kitchen / diner leading into a good sized garden.

Driveway big enough for 2 cars.

General info:

I’m 35, female. I run my own business as an interior designer, however this year has been very slow, so alongside this I also have 2 part time job.

I do like to stay active and have started doing the park run, and I do have gym equipment at home which you’re more than welcome to use.

In the summer months I love being outside in the garden, either with friends or reading a book. Friends are more than welcome over, and we do have space for them to stay the night.

I try and deep the clean the house every 2 weeks. The garden during the summer is quite a bit of upkeep, I would only ask for help mowing the lawn.

Must be okay with dogs - I have a boxer / mastiff he’s a beautiful dog who’s just turned one. Very soppy and extremely friendly.
