Quiet and tidy house

Hi! I’m Amber and I own a cosy two bed home in Lychpit. I currently rent out my spare room to a young female, Ellen, who is super lovely and currently working for Eli Lilly. She is into hockey, reading, and coffee trip walks. I myself am 29, very sports and outdoorsy, a keen tennis player and traveller.. hence the need for renting out my bedroom over winter.. I will be going away to work from at-least November to March abroad, with potential to extend.

My room is a great size, with a king size bed and quality orthopaedic mattress. The wardrobe and large chest of drawers plus ikea storage unit means there’s ample space.

The house MUST be kept super tidy, I am also after a really respectful person as all the furnishings and things like cookware around the house have been an investment and high quality.

There is parking available, Lychpit has great transport links to the M3 or towards Reading. Also a cycle to the station is 10 minutes away for a 35 minute train into Clapham or 48 min train into Waterloo.

Looking for the RIGHT person, else I just won’t rent my room out at all as I’d rather keep my house and best possession clean and safe 🧡
