Available double room in shared house

Hello, I’m pleased to share that a spacious, light and airy double room (4m Long, 3m Wide) has become available. This is in a 3 bed home based in Basingstoke RG23 and will be available from the 18/10/2024.

Use of the home (living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet) is shared. The home comes with a lovely garden and parking space.

The home will be shared with my 16 year old daughter, our cat, and I. We are both very clean and respectful and expect the same.

I am looking for a friendly and responsible individual to share the house with long-term.

The cost of the share will be 700 base rent + shared bills which can be split and discussed:
