Single furnished room to let located in central town , 8 minutes walking distance to the town centre and 5 minute walk to Morrisons.

The room comes with a double built in wardrobe with plenty of shelving also inside the wardrobe. The single divan bed also comes with a memory foam mattress so it’s very comfortable! There is also a 32 inch tv on the wall at the foot of the bed with Netflix included in the bill and super fast broadband.

I am looking for a laid back and friendly lodger to share my home with and who also likes peace and quiet. Also the right lodger would have their own large fridge /freezer which is located in the utility of the house.
