A fully furnished double room with a large private bathroom. The room has a view over the park. There is a triple wardrobe with loads of storage space, as well as a set of drawers and two bedside tables.

There's a spacious living/dining room and kitchen downstairs with all the usual amenities, including an air fryer!

Ideally I'm looking for a professional female lodger. I'm pretty sociable so it'd be great to live with someone who's up for a chat and maybe sharing the odd meal, but I'm also very happy to respect your space and leave you in peace.

The garden is still a bit of a work in progress, but it's an absolute sun trap and a lovely place to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning or catch a tan!
