Double/single room available now

I currently have a ground floor room available immediately, it has a single bed currently but can be swapped for a double if that is preferred.
The room is on its own floor with the only other room on that level being a toilet, it has easy access to the kitchen and lounge which is great for privacy etc.
Includes chest of drawers and built in wardrobe/cupboard with removable shelves.
It’s just myself and my daughter (9) at the property, we keep things clean and tidy, with a relaxed atmosphere, the price of the room includes bills and use of the living areas and garden/pool.
Due to my daughter being here I would only be able to consider female housemates.
