A beautiful newly renovated house

I brought the house 5 years ago with my sister who moved out this year. I am in the military so will not be around during the week and will be around the odd weekends. The room is big enough for a wardrobe/ chester draws etc. Bathroom is right next to the bedroom. Big living room with a nice size garden. Im looking for someone tidy and neat who is low maintenance who I will not need to chase with bill paying as sometimes I am out of the country for months. I am house proud so expect the house to be kept clean. Im very easy going and looking for someone the same.
