There is plenty of cupboard space and there is a washer/dryer available for use. Separate small fridge/freezer available.

There is plenty of purpose built space to park outside the front of the property which the bedroom looks onto.

All bills are included. Broadband is with EE (150Mb/s download and 30Mb/s upload speed). No minimum or maximum rental term as I am fairly flexible. I am also open to negotiation regarding pets. Happy to have visitors staying over every now and then.

I am looking to rent the room out to somebody who is tidy and respectful with regards to noise. I am a professional who works fairly long hours during the day and am also often out in the evenings and at weekends playing a lot of sport.
