Good sized double room available to rent within my new build 2-bedroom first floor flat. It is located in the Hounsome Fields development on the edge of Basingstoke by junction 7 of the M3.

The bedroom is 3.66m x 3.24m and is currently semi-furnished with a new bed/mattress, side table, and TV stand. I am happy to furnish it with a wardrobe, chest of drawers etc if required. There is shared use of the bathroom and kitchen/living room (dining table and chairs soon to be added!). There is plenty of cupboard space and there is a washer/dryer available for use.

There is a car park at the rear of the property, however there is only one designated visitor parking space. There is however plenty of purpose built space to park outside the front of the property which the bedroom looks onto.

All bills are included. Broadband is with EE (150Mb/s download and 30Mb/s upload speed). I am open to negotiation on the minimum/maximum term and open to negotiation regarding pets. Happy to have visitors staying over every now and then.

I am looking to rent the room out to somebody who is tidy and respectful with regards to noise although I appreciate it is a home and not a library! I can be fairly sociable but do like to keep to myself at times. I am a professional who works fairly long hours during the day and am also often out in the evenings and at weekends playing a lot of sport.
