Out of four bedrooms, we have three double bedrooms available to rent in this beautiful house share.

To avoid over crowding, we are only looking for single occupants per room, making four sharers total living in the house at any time. So regrettably, single professionals or students with guarantors only (no couple allowed).

We have fast virgin media broadband with a TV in the living room with Virgin Media TV and Netflix. And we can easily arrange your own Virgin Media dongle for your room to watch TV in your room.

We have a small but well maintained rear garden for BBQ's and socialising outdoors. And the rent includes cleaner cleaning communal areas once a month. And only ask that house mates clean up after themselves.
