About the Flat & Your Room
This is a lovely first-floor flat with 9-foot high ceilings, which give the whole place a wonderful sense of space.
Furnishing: The flat is partly furnished. Communal areas are fully set up. Only the bedroom comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to bring your own bed and furniture.
The Household Setup: There are three bedrooms in total. You will be sharing with only two other professional tenants, making it a quiet, comfortable three-person household.
The Bedroom: A compact single room measuring 3.5m x 1.8m at its longest sections. The layout features a 45° angle in one corner, which shapes the floor plan slightly, but it offers a neat and practical space for a single bed setup.
The Bathroom: You will only share the bathroom (which features a full bath) with one other person.
Extra Storage: The stairs leading up to the flat are wide and spacious, providing handy space for long-term storage if needed.

Because you are only sharing with two others, the communal areas offer plenty of personal space:

Household & House Rules
The current two professional tenants are very laid-back and easy-going. We are aged 41 and 52, and we are looking for a nice, respectful person reasonably close to our ages to join our peaceful home.
Key Requirements: Must be a non-smoker. Strictly no pets allowed.
The Main Rule: Keep things quiet and respectful during the late evenings and nighttime.
Guests: Occasional visits from friends or a partner are completely welcome.

We are current tenants assisting our landlord to find the right person for the room. Our landlords are absolutely lovely, very accommodating, and genuinely nice people.
