We take great pride in keeping the flat pristine and comfortable. We occasionally host friends for social visits, and twice a year we hold a weekend LAN/gaming party where about 12 friends gather for a lively weekend in the kitchen and lounge. We want an easygoing flatmate who appreciates a tech-friendly setup, respects our travel schedule, and is comfortable with the occasional social event!
