I live in a modern two bedroom penthouse apartment in Skyline Plaza and would like to take on a lodger. Skyline Plaza is two minutes from the train station, and a five minute walk from the town centre. The available room comes equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe. There is also a good sized open plan kitchen and living area. It is a corner apartment with panoramic views over Basingstoke and a large balcony extending around the perimeter.

I am a young professional who enjoys music, films and technology. I am clean and tidy and enjoy an easy-going life. I am quite social and enjoy a glass of wine with friends every so often.

I am looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, preferably who shares interests with myself.
