This room is available from Sunday January 21st. A deposit of £500 is payable with the first month's rent.

The room available is in a terraced house on the Limes Park development just behind the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. The house is a modern eco home and was built in July 2009. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a bathroom on the ground floor for your exclusive use. Facilities include Sky Glass TV, DVD player, washing machine, landline telephone, WiFi, water softener, small garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

The rent includes Council Tax, unlimited broadband, TV licence, Sky TV and landline UK telephone calls, but excludes gas, electricity and water bills. Utility bills currently work out on average at £47 pcm per person and a separate account is managed by the landlord who organises payment of the bills.

The room is available individually with a separate contract for single occupancy.

The house is within walking distance of the hospital grounds where there is a frequent bus service into Basingstoke town centre (about a 6 min journey). The house is fully furnished and has a small private patio/garden with garden furniture and a BBQ. The new tenant will be sharing with three professional females.

We are looking for a professional female aged between 25-40 who is clean and tidy and happy to share the household chores. If you are not willing to help out with the cleaning etc this isn't the house for you!
